1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using INRYTH ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using this Service. INRYTH is a SaaS product designed to automate social media interactions using Artificial Intelligence.

2. Description of Service

INRYTH provides AI-driven content generation, scheduling, and engagement automation for platforms including but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. You understand that:

• The Service relies on third-party platform APIs (e.g., LinkedIn API) and is subject to their availability and terms.
• The AI generates content based on patterns; you are responsible for reviewing content before it is published.
• We do not guarantee specific growth metrics (followers, likes, leads) as these depend on external algorithms.

3. User Accounts & Security

To use INRYTH, you must create an account and authenticate your social media profiles via OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your access tokens or account details with unauthorized third parties.

4. Subscription & Billing

INRYTH is a paid service billed on a subscription basis (Monthly or Yearly).

• Pricing: Prices are displayed in INR (₹) or USD depending on your region.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. After this period, no refunds are provided for partial months.

5. Platform Compliance

You agree to use INRYTH in compliance with the Terms of Service of the social platforms you connect (e.g., LinkedIn User Agreement). INRYTH is not responsible for any account restrictions, bans, or penalties imposed by third-party platforms resulting from your use of automation tools.

6. Intellectual Property

The content generated by the AI for your account belongs to you. However, the underlying software, algorithms, code, and UI of INRYTH remain the exclusive property of INRYTH Inc.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, INRYTH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including loss of data or social media account suspension.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
